Abstract
This study focuses on a 125-acres of land in the town of Mcconnells, South Carolina. The lot lying 2 miles west of highway 321 on True Road, originally known as Ridge Road, divides water flowing towards the Broad and Catawba Rivers and completes the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain Range. Based on recommendations shared by local citizenry, this study offers a comprehensive assessment of how large lot owners can protect natural resources and diversify methods in supporting local economic resiliency. The findings of the study, along with historical presidents, create an opportunity to remediate harm done to lots in the past and promote more abundance aiding communities in daily needs. The proposal includes reducing waste and pollution, replacing lost minerals, careful energy accounting, and creating a buffer between the community and their challenges. This comprehensive revitalization strategy includes adaptation to local condition and policy along with financial feasibility through sustainable ecological and economic growth.
